Accommodation:

for 12 players

Parents are required to drop their child/children off at 9am on the first day of the camp and collect their child/children at 5pm on the last day of the camp.

Please return the application form with a $50 deposit to the address below. The balance of payment for the camp is due 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the camp.
